Refund Policy

At Medalyo Medical Tourism, we aim to ensure transparency and satisfaction when connecting you to global healthcare providers.

 

 

1. Platform Fees

 

If you are charged a facilitation, coordination, or concierge fee by Medalyo directly, you may be eligible for a refund if:

 

  • The provider cancels your appointment and no alternative is offered

  • You cancel your request within 24 hours of submission and before services are initiated

 

Refunds will not be granted after provider services are confirmed or rendered unless stated otherwise in a specific provider’s cancellation policy.

 

 

2. Provider Payments

 

Payments made directly to clinics or healthcare providers are subject to their own refund and cancellation policies. Medalyo is not responsible for refunds once funds are transferred to a provider.

 

 

3. Travel-Related Refunds

 

Flight, lodging, and transportation refunds are governed by third-party vendors and are outside Medalyo’s control.

 

 

4. Refund Process

 

To request a refund from Medalyo:

 

  • Contact us at hello@medalyo.com within 5 business days of cancellation

  • Include your full name, procedure, booking date, and reason for the request

 

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
